I see this more as a drawing than a painting, since the drawing took waaaay longer than the watercolour washes (starting watercolour practice now because I'll have a watercolour class starting in September).

Some fun Diablo 3 fan art.

Anyway, I think I failed at making Imperius look 'valorous'... my brother says he looks sad >.> oh well. With how these archangels have no facial features I've found a new appreciation in the talents and skills of the artists at Blizzard. It's not easy to make a character look a certain way when you don't have a face to work with. I need more practice

The Aspect of Valor, Imperius! They made him act like a jerk in Diablo 3, he got was coming to him. XD I love the details and effort you put into this.

Thanks! Yeah I need to do more. I've been so slack since Spring semester ended. It's a good thing summer classes started yesterday, because I needed that poke to get going again. It was a good break though. What about you? How's your summer so far?

My summer has been good! I haven't stopped arting- I haven't even played any videogames, it's odd! And there's Skyrim, sitting there all unfinished.
